Kendall Key is the broker for the Shelhamer Group and Realpro Eastside as well she is the transaction coordinator. Kendall has been in real estate for a little over 22 years. When the market was flooded with foreclosed homes in 2009, Kendall oversaw major REO accounts. While handling asset’s for Brighton, Litton, EMC, SPS, Recon Trust, Fidelity, Carrington, and Bank of America, she managed more than 150 on market listings at any given time.
Kendall has worked with developers, first time home buyers, investors and is an expert in every type of multi and single family transaction. In 2010, Kendall was awarded a HUD listing account. She is an expert in rehabbed properties and has played an intricate role in over 80 flipped, new construction or renovated ventures. Kendall is a certified E-Pro and holds a BA in public relations from Chapman School of Film as well as a BA in art history from the University of London.
Kendall has been a vegan for over 20 years, she is an animal activist, environmentalist and a champion of equal rights for all. Her deep empathy and uncompromising compassion complied with her extreme expertise as a broker has gained her the reputation of “The best broker to work within the Eastside communities”. Kendall is the founder of The Highland Park Cactus and Succulent Society. She lives in Highland Park, CA with her four rescue pups Ollie, Dingo, Marcus, and Clyde and is inspired daily by the vibrancy of the East Los Angeles communities.
